Terms of Service

By creating a NetaGraph workspace, generating an API key, or transmitting data through our endpoints, you accept these Terms on behalf of your organisation. If you do not have authority to bind the organisation, do not use the platform.

We grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the platform and consume analytics outputs strictly per your subscription tier. You may not resell or sublicense raw or derived data without a written redistribution addendum.

Production tier customers receive a 99.9% monthly uptime commitment with credits governed by the order form. Journalist tier is best-effort.

Fees are quoted in INR, billed monthly or annually per the order form, and are non-refundable except where required by law. Overage on metered endpoints is billed on the next cycle.

Each party shall protect the other's Confidential Information with the same care it uses for its own, and in any case no less than reasonable care.

The platform is provided "as is". NetaGraph disclaims all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Analytics outputs are decision-support inputs and must not be the sole basis for adverse action against any individual.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetaGraph's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate for material breach uncured for 30 days. On termination, access is revoked and stored Customer Data is deleted within 60 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory arbitration of disputes exceeding ₹50,00,000 under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
